Venue: Spazio Novecento. Rome, Italy.
Date: May 20-21, 2008.
Client: Sixty, SpA.
For the annual two day event in Rome, Sixty SpA produces a company sales and PR marketing event aimed at re-affirming the spirit and identity of their brand, while introducing the next seasons’ collections. Themed ‘I Wanna be a Rockstar’ this year, the event space needed to serve multiple functionalities - a company branding event, as well a day long fashion presentation of four different collections for Spring / Summer 2009.
Combining the essence of a VIP/Rockstar event with Sixty SpA’s distinctive print-graphic / mod-aesthetic, we designed a 70’s lounge, anchored by a golden yellow carpet that invites guests into the space from the ground level, ascending the main staircase to the upper level, and ultimately weaving through the space that will seat 350 guests. On ascending the main stairs, guests first view a mirrored monolithic wall with branded key words applied to the surface. On entering the main space upstairs, guests will see the dominant 100’-0” long Sixty logo, composed of towering letters constructed as light boxes, with printed graphic faces and internal color changing LED lighting technology. The Logo Wall will brand the entire environment, in particular when viewed from the outer terrace of the venue, overlooking the skyline of Rome. The lounge environment created with multi-leveled seating areas, a presentation stage, and large display video screens, will serve the staging for the entire two day program.
Spring Summer 2009 Collections for Miss Sixty, Energie, Killah and Murphy & Nye. Retail store designs. Rockstar-inspired lounges and VIP nightclubs.
